Then as time moved on, motherhood has been my priority. My awesome kids are Leah (13) and Micah (11). I received my ACE certification in group fitness. I love to empower moms’ and older adults on their fitness journeys. My journey began in high school playing basketball and transitioned to a commitment everyday to get stronger!
